Shipping time: Across the USA, their shipping duration ranges from 2-5 business days, with an average delivery time of 2.5 days.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $69 across the entire USA. For orders totaling less than $69, there is a flat shipping fee of $6.99.

We ship directly from within the United States. All orders are processed and dispatched from our US-based facilities, ensuring efficient delivery to our customers across the country.
Currently, our deliveries are limited to the USA only. However, we're actively working on expanding our shipping capabilities to include international destinations in the near future.
We understand the occasional need to adjust orders, but as we strive to ensure swift delivery, changes to orders are generally challenging once they've been processed. If your order hasn't undergone processing, we may be able to assist with modifications or cancellations. Our order processing hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM CST. For orders placed after 5 PM or during weekends, if unprocessed, there might be an opportunity to make changes. If you haven't received an automatic email confirmation after placing your order, it's possible that the email provided was mistyped. Please contact us via email at support@cuddlymama.com, and we'll assist you promptly and make any necessary changes.
After your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking information will begin displaying once the shipping company scans the package. Allow 1-2 days for this information to become available. To track your shipment, visit the Track Your Order page and paste your tracking number.
At times, tracking numbers may take a few days to reflect updated information in the online database. Kindly allow 1-2 days for the shipping company to update their tracking information. If more than 2 days have passed without any updates, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@cuddlymama.com
Our shipping system is automated and ensures delivery to the exact address provided. Please allow 1-2 days for your package to arrive and check various locations; Check your mailbox, front office, family members, neighbors, and front porch for your package. If your package is still not delivered, please contact your local post office. Sometimes packages are accidentally scanned as delivered when they were returned to the post office because of a delivery issue (e.g., the package did not fit in your mailbox).
If you still cannot find your package, don't hesitate to contact us via support@cuddlymama.com so we can investigate what might have happened. We will then open a claim if necessary.
Damaged Product or Manufacturing Defect: We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the damaged product. We're committed to promptly providing you with a replacement. Please send a picture of the damaged product to support@cuddlymama.com, and we'll either replace it or issue a full refund.
Significant Discrepancy from Description or Sample: Should you receive a product that significantly differs from our site's description or image, we'll exchange it for another item or issue a full refund. Please note that minor variations in alignment and color may occur between the advertised images and the actual item due to photo shooting lighting or monitor displays.
Lost in Transit: If your product is lost in transit despite providing the correct address, we'll reship the product to you promptly.

Returns & Refunds
Refund:
While we have immense confidence in the quality of our products, occasionally, a product may be damaged during transit or arrive defective. If this occurs, please email us at support@cuddlymama.com with proof of the defect, and we'll offer a choice between a free reshipment of the product or an immediate refund on your purchase. Emails regarding defective products must be sent within 30 days of the product's delivery.
Returns:
We acknowledge that circumstances may change, and you might wish to return your purchase. We gladly accept returns provided the following conditions are met:
- All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt; no exchanges, credits, or refunds can be processed after this period.
- The product(s) must remain unused, undamaged, unsoiled, unopened, and in their original packaging with intact tamper-evident stickers or shrink-wrap.
- Please email us with the following details: Your Name, Order Number, Product Name, and Reason for Return. We'll provide you with return instructions.
Please note, due to the intimate nature of Cuddly Mama products, once they have been used you will not be able to return them unless they are faulty.
Returned products must be in their original, unused condition with intact factory seals and packaging. Shipping fees will not be refunded for returns not resulting from a Cuddly Mama error.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of Breastmilk Storage Bags.

We do not facilitate direct exchanges. However, eligible items can be returned to us for a full refund, after which you can place a new order for the desired item.
Before initiating an exchange, please send us a message at support@cuddlymama.com to inform us about the issue.
You'll be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. In the case of a faulty item requiring an exchange, we'll reimburse these shipping costs.
For returns of items valued over $70, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Cuddly Mama offers a one (1) year limited warranty (“Warranty”) for our Wearable Breast Pumps and all other products branded as Cuddly Mama. This Warranty is valid only if you have purchased a brand new product directly from us.
Our Wearable Breast Pumps and Cuddly Mama-branded products are warranted against any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that this Warranty does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear, natural calamities, physical destruction, misuse, neglect, or any other external factors. Additionally, tampering with the pump's motor or any other critical component will void the Warranty.
For products from different brands, please be aware that Warranty periods may vary. Specific Warranty information for each product can be found on the product sales page under the "Warranty" tab.
