Shipping Information

Order Processing Time: Typically, orders are processed in less than 1 business day. However, in rare occasions, processing might take up to 3 business days.

Shipping carriers: We utilize FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Shipping time: Across the USA, their shipping duration ranges from 2-5 business days, with an average delivery time of 2.5 days.

Please note that these are approximate times, and in rare cases, delivery may take a few extra days.

Where Do We Ship and How Much Does It Cost?

Currently, our deliveries are limited to the USA only. However, we're actively working on expanding our shipping capabilities to include international destinations in the near future.

*We ship directly from within the United States. All orders are processed and dispatched from our US-based facilities, ensuring efficient delivery to our customers across the country.

Cost:

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $69 across the entire USA. For orders totaling less than $69, there is a flat shipping fee of $6.99.

Please note:

If you purchase more than one product from us, there is a strong possibility that your items may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. We do this for a few key reasons:

  1. We aim to select the warehouse closest to you to reduce delivery times.
  2. The availability and quantity of products may vary by warehouse, affecting where your items are shipped from.
  3. For fragile or large items, we may pack them separately to prevent any potential damage during transit.

*In addition, some of our products, particularly new or highly popular items, may be shipped from overseas. This usually happens when we're waiting for these products to arrive at our US warehouse. To make these items available to you sooner, we ship them directly from our overseas warehouse instead of delaying until they reach our US warehouse. In these cases, delivery might take up to 14 business days.

Please note that the delivery time for each product is listed on its product page. If a product is low in stock and will be shipped from overseas, this information will be clearly indicated in the "Shipping" tab on the product sales page. We recommend checking that tab for the most accurate delivery details.

Check Your Order and Track Your Shipment.

After your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking information will begin displaying once the shipping company scans the package. Allow 1-2 days for this information to become available. To track your shipment, visit the 'Track Your Order' page and paste your tracking number.

If you ordered more than one product and your shipment is split, you will receive a separate tracking number for each package.
